Here are some ideas of how YOU might fit into Day Camp, but we welcome your own creative ideas too!
Skill leaders:
We are offering life skills to our campers. Do you have a skill that you could teach to a group of kids? woodworking, makeup, crafts, photography, dance, sport, cooking, carving, sewing, painting skills, etc? Talk to us about what skill you might be able to offer.
Leaders in Training:
We are taking applications for people between the age of 13 and 16 who want to gain experience in a Day Camp setting. We are looking for energetic and dedicated future leaders to join our team. We want you to develop your leadership skills and will give you opportunities to grow!
Registration/ Administration:
Are you wired for administration? We need people make sure our campers are registered and check-in and out each day.
Communications/Media
Do you have the ability to clearly write and communicate? Maybe take photographs or make videos? Why not put these skills to use and promote Plattsville Day Camp?
Snacks:
The favourite time of any camp normally includes food! Why not join the team and be part of making sure our campers have a healthy energizing day?
Adult supervision/One-on-One
At every camp, there are always a few campers who need some extra special one on one time. Would you consider make sure that our campers get the attention and focus that they deserve?
