The Work of the Church

In Ephesians 4:11-13, Paul gives instruction for how the church should operate. The church leaders are put in place to equip the people to so the work of the church. Unfortuantely, many churches have developed a model where the money goes in the offering basket, the offering basket pays the pastor’s salary, and then the pastor is expected to care for the needs of the church. But that’s not what God intended. Join pastor Tim as he calls us to look at ourselves as owners in the church, bearing the responsibility for the work and success of the church.
